For former Filipinos. The visa deposit under this scheme are as follows:
Qualifications:
o US$3,000.00 – applicants aged 40-49 years old and above without pension
o US$ 1,500.00 – applicants aged 50 years old and above
The SRRV Courtesy program was expanded to include other groups of individuals such as honorary consuls, retirees of international organizations, and former military officers:
o US$ 6,000.00 – applicants aged 40-49 years old and above with pension
o US$ 3,000.00 – applicants aged 40-49 years old and above without pension
o US$ 1,500.00 – applicants aged 50 years old and above
SRRV Classic
For active/healthy principal retirees who would opt to use their Visa deposit to purchase condominium units or use it for long-term lease of house and lot. The visa deposit under this scheme are as follows:
Qualifications:
o US$ 50,000 – applicants aged 40-49 years old and above without pension
o US$ 25,000 – applicants aged 40-49 years old and above and currently receiving pension: at least US$800.00/month for single applicants and US$1,000.00/month for applicants with dependents
o US$ 30,000 – applicants aged 50 years old and above without pension
o US$ 15,000 – applicants aged 50 years old and above and currently receiving pension of at least US$800.00/month for single applicants and US$1,000.00/month for applicants with dependents

From 1 September 2025, the Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) is updated under new rules. The old scheme closes, and all new applications will follow the Expanded SRRV program. Existing SRRV holders remain unaffected.
